You should make sure the cabin doesn’t have that “cigarette “smell. Mywife couldn’t deal withit.

My visit tothis Uhaul was great, wonderful customer service atcheck-in. Iwas inand out inabout 15minutes. Van was clean and full ofgas. The return process was easy aswell, they looked over the truck gave memy receipt and Iwas onmyway.

I had avery good experience with Uhaual onSummerAve. They made buying packing materials and renting avan very easy. Easy toreturn the van aswell. Great prices and great customer service!

Used the mobile app todo the self check-in. Took alittle bit todo all the steps prior topulling off ofthelot. But noissues— This was the second time going this route with this location. Interactions with the location staff has always been pleasant.

I pulled uphere at1.59pm onThursday 22nd inmy RVto fill upthe propane tank before atrip down toSouth Georgia tobe part ofstaging tosupport incoming Hurricane Ian relief efforts. The attendant was filling another customers propane tank when Ipulledup, Iprepared mytank and hatch for filling and the guy switched off the propane pump and told mehe was closed at2and walked off mumbling tohimself. Having dealt with the logistics ofgetting myRV out ofstorage and travelling tothislocation Iwould give them ZERO STARS. Quite surprised this location isstill operating, judging bythe other reviews here itseems they have zero accountability from any corporate office. Thankfully there are plenty ofother places totake mybusinessto, and soshouldyou.… – show

This place isa joke. These robots aren't friendly atall and make your experience dreadful. Over complicate the least little things. Ihighly suggest replacing them with the pale people. ️ FOOD FOR THOUGHT

truck was not atthe location aspromised and the location wewere sent towas not open. wewiated 2hours and noluck, even though the posted hours were during thier open hours. worst experience ever

This place needs tobe shut down tomany dishonest workers and management ifmy storage ispaid why isyour employee going through people units. Stealing and lying isdishonest and you have them onpayroll. Stealing other people stuff usually leads toarrest and jail time. Weuse U-Haul thinking they are trustworthy but twice myunit has been opened and not byme and it's paid for sowhat are you looking for inother people UNITS.

The light skinned lady atfront with green hair isso rude this ismy second encounter with her and I’m not sure why she isstill there.
Her level ofconcern was ata 0when Iasked her why myuhaul wasn’t ready. AsI proceeded toask her questions she passes mea csnumber tocall and said call them orwait ontheir call.
